Zents 是自托管的电子书与文章阅读器。本服务包括：书库管理、电子书阅读（EPUB、PDF、TXT、MOBI、FB2、DJVU、CBZ 等格式）、网页文章保存与阅读、文章翻译阅读、阅读进度与笔记的跨设备同步。我们会努力保障服务连续性，但不保证服务完全不间断或无错误。
本服务使用 Zents 自己的账号系统。您使用邮箱并通过一次性验证码完成登录；登录后我们维护一个会话，用于同步书库、阅读进度与笔记。您有责任妥善保管邮箱的访问权限——任何能访问您邮箱的人都可以登录您的 Zents 账户。
本服务的基础功能免费提供，部分功能（如更大的书库配额、更大的文件大小限制等）通过订阅提供。订阅通过 Stripe 结算，并可在应用中或 Stripe 客户门户管理。
您通过本服务上传的电子书文件、保存的文章、阅读进度与笔记等内容的权利归您本人所有。我们仅在为您提供阅读、同步与存储所必需的范围内处理这些内容，不会用于其他目的，也不会向第三方出售。
我们保留对违反上述限制的账号或设备采取限制措施的权利。
本服务按"现状"提供。翻译结果由机器生成，可能存在错误，仅供参考，不构成专业建议。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本服务产生的任何间接损失承担责任。
我们可能会不定期更新本协议。更新后继续使用本服务即表示您同意修订后的条款。

本サービスは Zents 独自のアカウントシステムを使用します。メールアドレスとワンタイムコードによる認証でログインし、書庫・読書位置・メモを同期するためのセッションを保持します。メールアドレスへのアクセスはお客様自身が管理してください。メールにアクセスできる者は誰でもお客様の Zents アカウントにログインできます。
本サービスの基本機能は無料で、一部の機能（より大きな書庫枠、より大きなファイルサイズ上限等）はサブスクリプションで提供されます。サブスクリプションは Stripe を通じて決済され、アプリ内または Stripe カスタマーポータルで管理できます。
お客様が本サービスにアップロードした電子書籍ファイル、保存した記事、読書位置、メモ等の権利はお客様に帰属します。当社は読書・同期・保存の提供に必要な範囲でのみこれらを処理し、他の目的には使用せず、第三者に販売することもありません。
当社は上記の制限に違反したアカウントやデバイスに対して制限措置を講じる権利を留保します。
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。翻訳結果は機械生成であり、誤りが含まれる可能性があります。参考情報としてのみご利用ください。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用に起因する間接損害について当社は責任を負いません。
当社は本規約を随時更新することがあります。更新後も本サービスの利用を継続することにより、改訂版に同意したものとみなされます。

Welcome to Zents (zents.app). By using our reading service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service includes the iOS app ("Zents") and the web app (zents.app).
Zents is a self-hosted e-book and article reader. The Service includes library management, e-book reading (EPUB, PDF, TXT, MOBI, FB2, DJVU, CBZ, etc.), web article saving and reading, article translation reading, and cross-device sync of reading progress and notes. While we strive for continuous operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Service uses Zents' own account system. You sign in with your email and a one-time verification code; we maintain a session to sync your library, reading progress, and notes. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email — anyone who can access your email can sign in to your Zents account.
Basic features are free; some features (larger library quotas, larger file-size limits, etc.) are provided through subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and can be managed in the app or the Stripe customer portal.
You retain ownership of the e-book files you upload, saved articles, reading progress, and notes. We process this content only as necessary to provide reading, sync, and storage, and never sell it to third parties.
We reserve the right to restrict accounts or devices that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". Translation results are machine-generated and may contain errors; they are for reference only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
